Nettle Soup
Cook a large onion in butter until the onion is transparent.
Add 2 good handfuls of nettles, 600ml (1pint) of vegetable stock or water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Put in blender and add 300ml (1/2 pint) of milk.
Adjust seasoning, re-heat and serve.
